Celebrate at the YMCA!
Let us help throw your child the best birthday party ever! At the YMCA at the Piscataway Community Center, we offer fun party packages to keep kids active and entertained. Our staff is here to help so parents can relax and enjoy the party too.
Pool Party
One hour of swimming in our Activity Pool and one hour in the Party Room. All guests will be swim tested by provided lifeguards. Activities will be facilitated by a YPCC Staff Member.
Sports Party
One hour of sports like basketball, football and kickball, and one hour in the Party Room. Activities will be facilitated by a YPCC Staff Member.
Splash Park
Two hours of Splash Park access with the use of the private party pavilion. The activity is facilitated by a YPCC Staff Member.
Outdoor Games Party
One hour of activities like cornhole, kickball and flag football, and one hour in the Party Room. The activity is facilitated by a YPCC Staff Member.
Game Day Party
One hour of XBOX, Wii, and PlayStation game time, and one hour in the Party Room. The activity will be facilitated by a YPCC Staff Member.
Arts & Crafts Party
One hour of a guided art activity, and one hour in the Party Room. All supplies will be provided. The activity will be facilitated by a YPCC Staff Member.
Party Guidelines & Info
General Information
Your 2-hour party will consist of the 1 hour of the selected activity and 1 hour in the Party Room
Allowance
The rates are up to 15 children. Additional children are $7 each, with a maximum of 20 children total.
Fee
A $150 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date. This will go toward the total balance of your party. Final payment is due 2 days before your scheduled party.
Payment
Payments can be made via credit card or a check made payable to YMCA at the Piscataway Community Center
Food Policy
Outside food and drinks are not allowed, except for cake and bottled water. All other food must be ordered through our catering service, Cedar Grove Cafe 520 (menu linked below). If there are dietary restrictions or the caterer is unable to provide certain items, outside food may be permitted.
Set Up
You may arrive 30 minutes before your party for setup, though access may be delayed if staff is cleaning from a prior event. A Party Host will be provided to help facilitate the activity and assist in the room. Please bring cake-cutting utensils and candles.
The YMCA at the Piscataway Community Center is committed to providing a safe and secure environment for all members, visitors, and staff. To support this commitment, we use a visitor management screening system to ensure the safety and well-being of everyone in our facility.
Visitor Check-In Process:
· All individuals entering the facility, including guests, attendees, and vendors, must check in at the Member Services Desk.
· A government-issued ID (e.g., driver’s license) is required for entry.
· IDs will be securely scanned against the national sex offender registry.
· Once cleared, visitors will receive a pass for entry.
Additional Information:
· This policy applies to all individuals aged 18 and older.
· The check-in process is designed to be quick, secure, and efficient.
· If you are attending or hosting an event at our facility, please share this policy with all participants to ensure a smooth check-in experience.
