Small Group Training

Small group training is a great way to energize your workout routine, no matter your fitness level.  You’ll be supported by a small group of members there to help motivate you, along with a dedicated coach to take you through the routines.

Are you looking for a personal coach to help you improve your fitness?  Not sure which exercises are best to help target specific areas of your body? Our personal trainers can help you get and keep you on the right track to achieve your fitness goals.

WATER EXERCISE

Greater mobility, reduced pain and fatigue, increased muscle strength and enhanced sleep quality are just a few of the benefits of a regular fitness workout in the pool. Work at your own ability level during a variety of water exercise classes with the encouragement from friendly, welcoming classmates.
